Camp Availabilty & Next Steps

Thank you for applying to work with Rugby Minis & Epic Camps.We’ve received a large number of applications and are now reviewing availability, roles, and experience to shortlist candidates for upcoming camps and coaching roles.

Available Roles

Camp Manager

  • Lead the daily operation of the camp and oversee the staff team.

  • Manage registers, safeguarding procedures and overall safety on site.

  • Organise activities and ensure the daily schedule runs smoothly.

  • Communicate with parents and handle any issues that arise.

  • Best suited to teachers, experienced coaches, youth workers or those confident leading teams.

Activity Leader

  • Deliver sports, games and activities throughout the day.

  • Organise groups and clearly explain activities to children.

  • Keep children engaged, active and having fun.

  • Support behaviour management and camp routines.

  • Ideal for energetic individuals confident leading groups of children.

Support Staff

  • Assist Camp Managers and Activity Leaders during activities.

  • Help supervise children and support group management.

  • Set up and pack away equipment throughout the day.

  • Provide additional support for younger children where needed.

  • Ideal for those looking to gain experience working with children.
