Available Roles
Camp Manager

Lead the daily operation of the camp and oversee the staff team.

Manage registers, safeguarding procedures and overall safety on site.

Organise activities and ensure the daily schedule runs smoothly.

Communicate with parents and handle any issues that arise.

Best suited to teachers, experienced coaches, youth workers or those confident leading teams.
Activity Leader

Deliver sports, games and activities throughout the day.

Organise groups and clearly explain activities to children.

Keep children engaged, active and having fun.

Support behaviour management and camp routines.

Ideal for energetic individuals confident leading groups of children.
Support Staff

Assist Camp Managers and Activity Leaders during activities.

Help supervise children and support group management.

Set up and pack away equipment throughout the day.

Provide additional support for younger children where needed.
